What is the purpose of pressure cleaning or soft washing?

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing is the use of highly pressurized water to eliminate dirt, algae, oxidation and many more things off of various surfaces such as driveways, walkways, pool areas and retaining walls. Soft washing is the use of low pressured water mixed with chemicals to safely and effectively remove dirt and algae off of vinyl siding, painted shingles, fencing, roofs and more without the damaging effects that high pressure washing could have on those more delicate surfaces.

When is the best time to get pressure washing done?

Due to our harsh winters in the northeast with little sun and heat to keep algae away, the best time to get the job done would be anytime from the spring to the fall.

Do we clean cedar shingles or roofing?

Yes! We offer 2 part (clean/strip and brighten) wood restoration for cedar shingles, wood decks, furniture and more. Our process brings out the natural colors of the wood and brings it back to a clean and natural look. We also provide no-pressure roof cleaning. With the use of professional soft wash systems, we can safely clean asphalt shingle roofs without damaging the surface with high pressure. Our soft wash technique kills any organic growth that may be present on the surface of your roof, bringing back the original color underneath the black streaks, moss and lichen.

We offer FREE estimates, all of which are based fairly upon the estimated time to complete the job, along with the materials used for the job. We strive to produce the highest quality of job for the most competitive prices possible.
